Alice In Chains Singer Drops First Solo Track

    July 23, 2019 3:00PM CDT
    Share

    • Alice In Chains singer William DuVall has just dropped the first track from his upcoming acoustic solo album.
    • DuVall shared a music video for “Til The Light Guides Me Home”, from his upcoming album One Alone.
    • DuVall says One Alone will be “strictly one voice, one guitar” and “reveals the very core of who I am as a singer, guitarist, and songwriter.”  The album will be released in October.
    • DuVall joined Alice In Chains in 2009 when the band re-formed following the 2002 death of original frontman Layne Staley.
    • What’s your opinion of the DuVall version of Alice In Chains?  Is he able to fill Layne Staley’s shoes?
