In Elwood Arsenal Rd Both EB/WB is cosed due to road construction between Elwood International Port Rd and Brandon Rd
Elwood/Joliet:
Starting today (Monday, August 5th), work is scheduled to close Arsenal Rd in both directions between Elwood International Port Rd and Brandon Rd.
The city of Joliet has not announced a completion date for this closure.
