BREAKING NEWS : Four Dead in Joliet, including 2 Children in Apparent Murder Suicide

The Joliet Police Department is investigating what appears to be a murder-suicide in the 500 blk of Whitley in Joliet where tragically 4 people were found deceased.

At 10:19pm last night, officers responded to a call of shots fired. When they arrived on the scene, they found a male, female and two children dead on the 2nd story of the home. Police say this appears to be a murder-suicide, and at this time, no one else is being sought in connection to this incident.

While detectives investigate the crime scene, the Will County Coroner’s office will release the names of the dead, after the next of kin have been notified. They’ll also be determining an exact cause of death for each of the four victims.
