Business Owners: Minimum Wage Hike Will Hurt

Some business owners are concerned about the impending increase in the state’s minimum wage. The new wage of 10-dollars goes into effect on July 1st. Illinois Retail Merchants Association CEO and President Rob Karr says businesses are still trying to recover from the COVID-19 shutdowns. Karr says the increase should be delayed.
