Businesses Struggling To Hire As Illinois Reopens

Illinois business owners say they are struggling to hire workers as the state reopens. Business owners say people are also worried about returning to jobs where there is a high level of close contact with others. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics says Illinois has the eleventh highest unemployment rate in the nation, at just over seven-percent in April.
