Caterpillar Reaches Tentative Agreement With UAW

Caterpillar is reaching a tentative agreement with members of United Auto Workers in Illinois. Details of the six-year agreement haven’t been released. Workers will continue to be covered by their old agreement until the new contract is ratified. UAW members voted to authorize a strike in January.
