A Virginia man is behind bars after allegedly shooting three people during a confrontation that began as a Chevy vs. Ford argument.
Police in Bedford County, VA say 56-year-old Mark Edwin Turner was arguing with his girlfriend’s son over which automaker was superior when Turner pulled a knife. After stabbing his girlfriend during the scuffle, Turner went inside, grabbed a gun, and opened fire.
When police arrived, Turner barricaded himself inside the home for over two hours before he was finally brought into custody. Turner’s girlfriend, son, and his son’s girfriend all suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police believe drugs may have been a factor in the incident.
