Chicagoland Weather Winter Storm Watch

A Winter Storm Watch will be in effect on Thursday (February 17th) from 3:00 am until 9:00 pm for Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, LaSalle, Livingston, and Will Counties in Illinois, plus Lake, Porter, Jasper, and Newton Counties in Indiana.
Freezing rain is expected to change to wet, heavy snow, with up to two-tenths of an inch of ice accumulation and 3 to 7 inches of snow accumulation possible. (Entered 3:10 pm Tue 02/15)
