College Student Endorsement Bill Passes In Illinois Legislature

Legislation that allows college athletes in Illinois to get endorsements is headed to the governor’s desk. Democratic State Representative Jonathan Carroll supports the bill that permits college athletes to sign with an agent and get endorsement deals. The legislation now awaits the governor’s signature.
