Demolition Continues On The Former Will County Courthouse

Demolition of the old Will County Courthouse continues.

Crews will continue to demolish the former Will County Courthouse in downtown Joliet.

The Will County Board voted yesterday to resume the demolition. Crews began tearing down the courthouse last month, but some board members wanted to stop the process in order to potentially save the building and continue to review contracts and permits.
