Discussion of an expanded NFL season just got a lot more real!
While the idea has been floating around for some time, the Wall Street Journal reports the possibility of an 18-game season, with a 16-game limit per player, has formally been advanced by the league.
Obviously, more games means more money for teams. It also means more wear and tear on players.
What would you think if you bought tickets and found out right before the game that one or more of the biggest stars weren’t going to play? Where do you see this discussion going?
