“Beyond” and “Impossible” are two brands battling it out in the new ‘fake meat’ industry – with plant-based ‘meat’ products.
“Impossible”announced in January that it plans to ‘engineer’ steak that looks, tastes, and feels like the real thing.
While “Impossible” is still working on their product, “Beyond” is already to market with a “Ground Beef” product called “Beyond Beef,” Food & Wine reports.
