Frankfort Man Charged With Having Child Porn

A Frankfort man is accused of having child porn. Steven Cardenas was charged with possessing and distributing child pornography after authorities searched his home on South Woodlawn Court last Friday. Deputies seized his computer and two phones. The Will County Sheriff’s office says he was both uploading and sharing child porn.
