The Route 66 Centennial Commission is taking in ideas on how to celebrate its 100th anniversary.
The four areas of interest are Commemorative and Publications, Infrastructure, events and celebrations, and International and national marketing ideas.
Illinois is one of eight states to be part of the iconic road that will celebrate its centennial in 2026.
