Illinois Generating Large Amount Of Tax Revenue From Pot Sales

Illinois is bringing in a large amount of tax revenue from marijuana sales. The Marijuana Policy Project reports Illinois made 562-million-dollars in taxes from pot sales last year. That is second to only California. Illinois also set a record last year with one-point-five-billion-dollars worth of cannabis sales.
