An Illinois House committee is moving a bill forward to cap monthly out-of-pocket insulin prices. The bill is headed to the full House of Representatives. The bill would cap the price of a 30-day supply of insulin at 100-dollars for people covered under certain kinds of insurance policies. If it passes, it will head to the desk of Governor J.B. Pritzker.
