Jay and Silent Bob Reboot Set for Fall 2019

- It’s been 25 years since we were introduced to Jay and Silent Bob in the film Clerks. Now a new generation will get to see the pair and their friends in a reboot that’s scheduled to be released this fall.
- To mark the first day of shooting, Kevin Smith posted a picture on Instagram of himself, Jason Mewes, and Jason Lee on the set of the reboot along with a heartfelt message about his recovery from a heart attack one year ago.
- “One year ago today, I almost died. So today I’m living it up with @jaymewes and Jason Lee on Day 1 of my new flick @jayandsilentbob Reboot!,” Kevin said in the caption of the post.
- Saban Films plans to bring the film to theaters this fall and production is underway right now.
