Joliet City Council Approves NorthPoint

The Joliet City Council approved the annexation of more than 1,300 acres of land for the NorthPoint development. It is the second time the City Council has approved the Compass Business Park. This time the Council voted 6-2 to approve with Hug, Mudron, Reardon, Lande, Morris and Quillman voting for the project while Turk and Gavin voted against the park.
