Joliet Man Arrested After Car Theft And Police Chase In Romeoville

A 21 year old Joliet man has been arrested for car theft and fleeing police. Jacob Delgado of 3833 Pathfinder Court was arrested along Renwick and Frontage on Wednesday morning just after 8:30. He faces 3 felony counts including vehicle theft, fleeing police and attempting to elude officers. Police officers had Renwick Road blocked off yesterday morning east of I-55 with guns drawn and drones overhead looking for the suspect. A court date by video will occur today at 1:30 p.m.
