Joliet Mayor Issues Second Declaration of Local State of Emergency

Joliet Mayor Robert O’Dekirk has issued a Second Declaration of Local State Emergency. This second declaration shall continue until adjournment of the first regular meeting of the City Council on April 7th or the adjournment of a duly called and noticed special meeting prior to April 6th.
