May 2019 Could Break Last Year’s Record For Rain

If it feels like everyday this month has been wet, you’re not exaggerating. Twenty of 27 days this month have been wet. Last May was the wettest in 142 years with 8.21 inches of rain. Currently we up to 7.33 inches for May of this year and ahead of the pace from last year. We now stand as the 3rd wettest May ever and will mostly likely break the record with rain from last night and today.
