Metra Heritage Corridor Service Suspended Due To Freight Train Derailment

If you take the Metra Heritage Corridor from Lockport into Chicago, you need to find an alternate route. Due to a freight train derailment east of Lemont, Heritage Corridor trains will not operate. Passengers are encouraged to use Rock Island Joliet, BNSF, and Southwest Service trains as alternative transportation.
