New Lenox Store Site of Robbery

Our sister station 1340 AM WJOL has confirmed through the New Lenox Police Department that the Ross Dress for Less on the 400-block of East Lincoln Highway in New Lenox was the site of a robbery. Deputy Chief April DiSandro confirmed that the robbery took place just after 2:30pm this afternoon, with the suspects fleeing in a silver Lexus SUV. We’ll update as more information becomes available.
