- The beer, named Utopia, is described as “barrel aged extreme beer” and is said to be a mixture of the company’s earlier extreme-aged beer.
- A company spokesperson has confirmed that Utopia is illegal in 15 states.
- Those states are Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Idaho, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, and Virginia.
