New Zealand Mom Names Kids After Metal Bands A New Zealand mom is trying to pass her love of metal on to her children. The story was shared in a newsletter article from New Zealand filmmaker David Farrior. Farrior claims the woman, who is not identified, named her children Metallica, Pantera and Slayer. Farrier claims, “She told me, ‘It’s not easy raising three of the heaviest bands.’” If you were going to name your kid after a band, what band would it be?
