Motley Crue’s Nikki Sixx — whose book “The Heroin Diaries” became the basis for a hit Netflix movie — has clearly been bitten by the writing bug. The bassist says he’s got two more books in the works, and he’s planning a book tour once they’re finished. “I don’t know if my books will be able to come out this year or not because of COVID,” Sixx says. “But they will be ready to drop when we can officially do a book tour to support them.” While Sixx won’t reveal the subjects of the novels, he promises they’ll be completely different from each other. “The books are not related in the subject,” he says. “Both books have uncharted territories.” Will Motley Crue fans buy the books because they’re written by Nikki Sixx? Or will he have to build a whole new fan base?
