- Yet another musical talent competition is coming to TV – only this one promises to rock.
- “No Cover” will feature such artists as Lzzy Hale, Gavin Rossdale, Alice Cooper and Sleeping With Sirens frontman Kellin Quinn, producers have revealed. Instead of pop hopefuls, the show will provide a venue for unsigned rock bands performing original music. They’ll compete for a six-figure recording contract, Cooper says.
- “To me, a band really isn’t a band unless they are writing their own material,” Cooper says. “I’m looking for the band who has it all — the one who can not only write it and play it, but perform it and make me believe it.”
