- A couple stopped in a stolen vehicle with a handgun and open bottle of whiskey won’t face charges for the rattlesnake and uranium that officers also found.
- FOX News reports Stephen Jennings, and passenger Rachel Rivera, were arrested last month in Oklahoma after the car they were in was stopped for expired tags.
- Jennings joked that he was going to create a “super snake,” before eventually explaining that he scraps metal and that the uranium came from a detection instrument.
- Police couldn’t charge him for the snake or the uranium because he had the proper permit for the snake and the amount of uranium was legal to possess and not unlike that which can be bought online.
