Pritzker Wants Congress To Repay Guard For Jan. 6th Protection

Governor J.B. Pritzker is calling on Congress to repay the National Guard for protecting the U.S. Capitol after the January 6th riots. Pritzker says the Senate should immediately take up the issue and repay the entire debt. Units from across the country are owed a total of more than half a billion dollars, including those deployed from Illinois.
