Progress Happening On FOID Card Applications

State Senator Scott Bennett says Illinois State Police are making headway on Firearm Owners Identification card applications. Bennett says the backlog is shrinking as ISP works on new ways to speed up the process. The pandemic and social justice movements have contributed to an increase in FOID card applications.
