Referendum Question On Selling Recreational Pot In Naperville On March 2020 Ballot

Naperville voters will get a chance to weigh in on whether they think recreational marijuana should be sold in the city. City Council members voted five-to-four yesterday to put a nonbinding referendum question on the spring 2020 ballot. Council members voted last month to opt out of allowing recreational pot dispensaries in Naperville when weed sales become legal January 1st.
