Rock/Metal Giants to Celebrate 40 Years of Back in Black

- In what will probably become rock and metal’s biggest virtual concert this year, members of Guns n’ Roses, Alice in Chains, Anthrax, Lamb of God and more are teaming up for a livestream this Friday to celebrate the 40th anniversary of AC/DC’s classic Back in Black.
- Consequence of Sound and guitar maker Gibson are teaming up to present Back in Black 40th Anniversary: A Virtual Celebration. Other bands set to perform Trivium, GWAR, Cage The Elephant and Airborne, whose sound is definitely influenced by AC/DC.
- The free show is also giving away some awesome prizes, including a 1961 Gibson Les Paul Red Devil guitar in cherry red and Marshall cabinet loaded with speakers.
- The virtual show starts Friday, July 24th at 5pm EST on Consequence of Sound’s YouTube and social media channels.
