- Dave Grohl, Ozzy Osbourne, and Alice Cooper are among more than 600 artists urging Congress to help save independent music venues.
- The artists have signed a letter asking Congress to offer financial assistance so “these beloved venues can reopen when it’s safe and welcome us and our fans back in”. The letter points out that small venues help boost economic activity for surrounding businesses.
- Other names attached to the #SaveOurStages movement include Trent Reznor, Patti Smith, Robert Plant, Neil Young, and Beck.
- Do you prefer small venues or big arena concerts? When do you think live concerts will return?
