Senate Passes Clean Energy Proposal After House Adjourns

The clean energy bill is moving forward after being passed by the Illinois Senate. The massive bill was passed after midnight last night after the House had adjourned from its special session. The bill proposes bringing one-million electric vehicles onto Illinois roads over the next nine years. The move would also transition the state to a 100-percent clean energy sector by 2050.
