- Slipknot is now the number 1 band on both sides of the pond, topping the US Billboard 200 with the release of We Are Not Your Kind.
- Moving 118,000 equivalent units – 102,000 in actual record sales – the masked Iowa rockers have scored the top position for the third time, matching 2014’s .5: The Gray Chapter and 2008’s All Hope Is Gone.
- Speaking to Kerrang! about the album, frontman Corey Taylor admits, “To me, the more I listen to it, the more I really – more than any other album we’ve made – I just love it.”
- Slipknot already smashed the UK charts last week, dethroning Ed Sheeran with the release of their sixth studio record.
