Apparently people followed Cole Swindell’s advice, “You Should be Here” because record crowds attended the Taste. Best year yet for the Taste of Joliet. Brad Staab Interim Executive Director for the Park District says Saturday night’s country concert with performances by Cole Swindell and Scott McCreery drew 28,100 people. That’s a new one day record for the Taste in its 14 year existence. On Friday, there were 18-thousand people attended the Foreigner concert and even Sunday, despite the rain drew more than 95-hundred people for a grand total for the weekend of 55,600. Congratulations to the Park District for a successful Taste.
