Trick Or Treating Hours For Joliet

The City of Joliet is NOT cancelling Halloween & Trick-or-Treating for 2020. The City of Joliet’s trick-or-treating hours will be 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on October 31st, 2020 for those who choose to participate.
