- President Donald Trump says he’s confident the U.S. will be able to get the coronavirus crisis under control — but that likely won’t happen until July or August.
- Trump revealed the anticipated timeline while speaking to reporters in the White House briefing room Monday. “If we do a really good job, we’ll not only hold the deaths down to a level that is much lower than the other way, had we not done a good job, but people are talking about July, August, something like that,” he said.
