Two Men Arrested Following Armed Robbery At Joliet Store

The theft of cell phones from a Joliet retail store results in the dramatic arrest of two men from Chicago Heights and Hazel Crest.Chicago police helicopter followed the suspects who allegedly stoles cell phones from a stores in the 17-hundred block West Jefferson on Saturday, February 16th. The theft occurred around 7:30 p.m. and about seven hours later two men arrested at a Chicago Heights residence. Eighteen year old Allen D. Johnson of Chicago Heights was arrested for armed robbery with a firearm. His bail set at 500-thousand dollars. Also arrested, 20-year old Sean Watson of Hazel Crest arrested for violating his parole and armed robbery with a firearm. Watson being held on 750-thousand dollars bond.
