- Effective immediately, a fighter who tests positive for THC — the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana — will not be charged with a doping violation, according to the United States Anti-Doping Agency.
- However, a fighter can be penalized if the UFC is able to prove he used weed as a “performance-enhancing drug,” the USADA reveals.
